Communitybuilders offers a menu of financial products and business support. Our approach is to tailor a package of investment to meet the specific needs of each Investee. The core products are designed to meet the identified needs of the target market to enable them to become sustainable organisations serving their local neighbourhood. The core products are loans, grants and business support. Guarantees for loans provided by commercial banks and quasi equity funding may also be issued in certain circumstances.

1. Feasibility: to help organisations to develop viable sustainable projects including support and grants for business development
2. Investment: capital and revenue investments to help organisations implement projects designed to make them sustainable community enterprises.
3. Support: expert support provided free of charge to all our investees to help them grow their businesses
