Application checklist
Before you submit
Before you submit your application form to us, please ensure that you have all the mandatory supporting documentation scanned and at hand –
- Three years audited accounts (if you have been operating for less than three years then please provide any audited accounts that you have for the period for which you have been operating)
- Copy of your latest management accounts clearly showing the period that these cover
- Certificate of incorporation
- Copy of your governing documents, signed by an officer to evidence that these are the true and up to date documents as adopted by your Board.
- Cashflow forecast completed on our template
Submit your application
Please submit your completed application form by using the submit form button at the bottom of the form and enter your email address and name where prompted.
All applications must arrive by 12 noon on the 9 December 2011. You will receive an automated reply from us as soon as we receive your application.
We strongly suggest that applicants submit well before the deadline date and time to ensure you receive the automated confirmation before 12pm.
Submit your supporting documents
Supporting documents must be submitted to apply@communitybuildersfund.org.uk.
- The documents must be sent from the same email address that you enter when you submit your application form
- All the documents must be received on the same day as we receive your application form
- The name of your organisation must be included in the subject line
Please note that we can only accept electronic copies of supporting documents and that the maximum file size our system allows is 9MB. To send files larger than this, please split these over multiple emails labelled 1 of 3, with the name of your organisation in the subject line.
Need help?
Will I receive confirmation when I submit?
You will receive one automated response from us when you submit your application. If you have not had an automated response within 12 hours of submission, please contact the Communitybuilders Hotline.
My email with supporting documentation has bounced back. What can I do?
It is very likely that the email with your supporting documentation has exceeded the maximum size allowed by our email servers. You could split your files across multiple emails labelling them in the subject line as 1 of 4. Please ensure that each email does not exceed 9 MB.
When scanning your documents, please choose a lower resolution to ensure each file does not exceed 9MB.
