Intensive support
Intensive support will be offered to a limited number of organisations who are particularly ambitious and at a crucial stage of their development where a little extra support will go a long way in ensuring their success.

How does intensive support work?
Organisations selected for intensive support will be allocated a Communitybuilders intensive support partner - Coin Street Community Builders in the South of England or Camberwell Project in the North of England. The partner will work with you to review your progress and help you understand where to focus your efforts in order to move your project forward quickly.
The resulting scoping report will identify key issues, present a project plan to address them and propose budget and support resources. The partner will then continue working with you and provide a tailored package of support in order to guide your project though the next steps.
How do you qualify for intensive support?
Potential intensive support organisations will be identified based on the following criteria:
Scale: Buildings of at least 10,000 sq. ft. area or projects of at least £1 million.
Impact: 'Transformational' projects with clear evidence of need, market analysis and projected impact.
Success: High chance of success within indicated timeframe. Based on, for example, having identified a site, owning land, having a good relationship with key stakeholders, having identified initial revenue streams and having an existing business with a good track record.
If you would like to take advantage of intensive support, please let us know when you apply.
Note: The intensive supporters will work for you and with you to develop your project. They are not part of the assessment team and it is your responsibility to share the information and the reports developed with The Social Investment Business to support your application.
